  1. Prepare 1 of red bell pepper.

Steps to make Muhammara Dip Sauce:

  1. Take a bell pepper, roast it on the gas till it gets soft.Then let it be cool completely.Then peel the skin and seeds properly..
  2. Now for pomegranate molasses take one glass juice of pomegranate put it in the pan and cook it on medium flame add 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook it till it get half of it.Our pomegranate molasses is ready..
  3. Now take a grinder jar put roasted red bell pepper,walnuts,oats,chopped garlic,salt,cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,lemon juice,olive oil and molasses and grind it to make a smooth paste.Forgot to click pic of this step.🙏.
  4. Our dip is ready to serve.I would like to serve as a canapes.For this firstly toast a paneer slice on a tawa and put this sheet on a salty biscuit and then put dip on top and garnish with coriander leaves and spread some red chilli and chat masala on the top of it.Our muhammara paneer canapes are ready to serve.Enjoy 😍🤩.
