  1. Provide 0.5 Kilo of Fish roe (fish eggs).
  2. Provide 3 Cloves of Garlic.
  3. Get 1 of onion Medium sized.

  5. Get 2 of green chillies small.
  6. Take 10 of black peppercorns crushed.
  7. Provide 20 Grams of chicken masala.

Steps to make Scrambled Roe:

  1. Mince onion, garlic and tomato and roughly chop the green chillies..
  2. Heat oil in a pan..
  3. Add onions, garlic and green chillies to the pan and cook till onions are soft, not translucent. Ensure garlic does not burn..
  4. Add tomatoes and saute till semi-dry..
  5. Add the chicken masala. Saute till slightly dry..
  6. Work very, very fast with the roe: Roughly chop into half-bite sized pieces and add to the pan. Saute till half-cooked..
  7. Add curry leaves and continue cooking..
  8. A minute before switching off the flame, add crushed pepper and mix well..
  9. After cooking, switch off flame, squeeze lime juice over eggs..
