  2. Heat1/4kg oil in Kadhai....
  3. When hot add gram dal.on slow flame...fry till golden brown.remove to plate..
  4. Then add peanuts and fry on slow flametill golden brown.Remove in plate..
  5. Now on fast flame..add afist of poha..they will puff up..lower the flame.. remove in plate Repeat...this process till all poha are fried..
  6. In mixing bowl..add fried poha,fried gram dal,fried peanuts,sugar,salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder..mix well and keep aside in air tight container..
  7. Now prepare Raw papaya salad..
  8. Grate raw Papaya..
  9. In non -stick pan add oil..heat..add chopped chilli,saute..for 30sec. add turmeric powder,add grated raw papaya,salt..mix well.Off the flame.Keep aside..
  10. Make sugar syrup by mixing & stirring sugar &water till sugar dissolves..
  11. Now in mixing bowl..add dry ingredients for Pomegranate Bhel..mix well..add 4tbsp green chutney..2- 3tbsp..of sugar water..if needed add more both.. chutney and sugar syrup according to your taste.
